Already 9 million players are a part of this imaginary world. Have you ever asked yourself why? The game is so simple and interesting that it’s almost like a magnet. Now we all know that fighting against other players and the big bosses is hell of a fun, leveling sure isn’t in the same category. Leveling is very important because it consumes most of your time besides grinding for gold. It takes approximately half of our game time and that’s a lot!

The reason why I brought this up is because most of the people find leveling aggravating and just can’t stand it. Same with me here, every time I even think about leveling I rather do anything else than that. It’s explainable why is this so. Nobody likes doing one thing over and over again. That’s the reason why I started to search for various leveling guides on net. I sure did find numerous guides, free and paid. The word free can be very deceiving sometimes. The free ones were pretty illogical because you just couldn’t learn anything from them, the descriptions and directions are way too wide. The paid ones… well some of them are good but not all. The reason why I’m writing this guide is to make other players aware of the criteria that separate a good quality leveling guide from the bad ones. So let’s get to the point, what are the criteria?

1.Difficulty of the guide

We aren’t all of the equal knowledge of the game so this is a very important aspect of the leveling guide. Simplicity is the key to a successful and fast leveling. What would you do with a badly written guide? At the end you would spend hours for searching the right information. Everything must be in the right order, the pointers to the different quests and mobs must be clear and vivid, Chapters must be aligned with the levels from 1 to 70 and it is very helpful if the guide contains different character starting areas so that everyone can find their way.

2. Speed and effectiveness of leveling

Oh yea, that’s what we all want don’t we? Speed is what we all crave for but don’t get misled to quickly. The time to level to the highest point promised by the Guide owners is not always accurate. When I tried to level my character by the directions I was given, I didn’t always come close to that time. I only tend to believe them when they actually show me their footage (video), which is increadibly rare (you can find out which one exactly on my site).

3. Picture and video coverage

I love pictures, most of the time I learn more out of them than I would out of the words but when they are both combined, so much the better! As many guides I have seen I must say that most of them have a good picture coverage (common step by step fashion guide for leading you to the goal). On the other hand videos are quite rare, I guess they don’t want to show you exactly how they do it don’t they.

4. Frequent Updates

Updates are vital since World of Warcraft is a constantly changing game (thank god). You don’t want to be left behind don’t you. Every patch can change the course of the game. Many leveling guides often get updated, moreover I haven’t seen any that don’t. If the guide doesn’t offer updates than don’t even bother to purchase.

5. Bonuses

Not so important than above ones. Bonuses are many times useless. Usually they give you some kind of a mod or add on which you can get on the internet for free anyway. On the other hand bonuses can be “the decider” sometimes. If you can’t decide which guide to purchase just look at what they have to offer.

6. Price

Be careful on that one, you don’t want to get scammed quickly. If you see a leveling guide that is more expensive than 50$ then don’t buy it. I give you as many guides as there are fingers on my arm that are cheaper than that, it isn’t worth it.
